Finally the day came and he took the day off work to take the car to the studio where he met the crew and watched the filming. His car featured over two episodes. The storyline was based around the 1971 muscle car as the mechanics worked to fix the loss in power. As we watched the episode we were all laughing at the dialogue because this car flies like the wind and it definitely doesn't need anymore power!
Here are a few photos of the old car as it appeared on Neighbours.
Ross actually received a mighty good payment for the car's appearance and he thinks that was the easiest money he has ever made! He would have happily let them use it for nothing. For Ross it was more about the glory of having his beloved car on TV :)
Cheers,
Lynda
