Very Cute Baby Booties

Stay tuned because this mess is soon to be the cutiest baby booties ever. Maybe not ever but they are certainly very sweet. The pattern is Stream Baby Booties by Julia Noskova. It is a wonderfully well written pattern but I had initial problems with forgetting they are knitted flat and whether to pick up stitches through one loop or two and also the wrong choice of yarn. All totally my fault! Now I am on track and nearly finished. The yarn I am using is Moda Vera Precious which is a scrumptious cashmere wool blend in a light beige colour that knits to a sport weight rather than a DK 8ply.

    Those do look to turn out very sweet, but I am feeling just a bit behind. Who's precious wee one is this?
